As an added bonus, all guests qualify for accelerated entry earnings where for every 10 points earned on the slot machines during the earning period, guests will receive one additional entry. Tiverton Casino Rewards Members who earn a minimum 200 Slot Rewards Points within one (1) day will be eligible to reserve two (2) tickets to a future event at the Twin River Event Center based on availability. Tickets must be reserved by the last day of the earning month. To qualify for more than once each month is based on event availability.
